When a company knows that any attention will be bad attention, you know something is wrong. I really liked the authors comments about the comming of the apocalypse. True testiment to just how bad things are.
ReplyDeleteMany states and the feds are trying to devise the "retroactive" legislation that Riholz writes about. The legislation would legalize the procedure that MERS used retroactively. I keep wondering when or if people will protest. But maybe this is all way too confusing????
ReplyDeleteIsn't that the real issue here, information or lack there of? These are groundbreaking proceedings going on an the sad part is that few people even know that they are happening. Much less what it all means, personally I believe that there needs to be some transparency in information act for the housing mortgage and finance sectors.
