Problems Abroad

In my Spanish lab the other day, it was interesting to read and discuss the economy when it comes to many Central American cultures and that many are dealing with the same issues that we are. There currency is depreciating in value and many people are moving away. it was just interesting to me that other countries are doing as bad or worse than we are.

  1. It's always interesting to read about how other countries are suffering from similar issues and how they go about dealing with them. I think there is a lot to learn not only from these other countries, but also from history. Even though every country's economic problems have cultural, geographical, and other country-specific foundations, it would be foolish not to study what strategies worked and what didn't. Maybe we can even learn cultural mindsets and practices that better protect us from debt, foreclosure, and other economic problems.

  2. Having recently been abroad in France and traveling around to multiple other countries it was interesting to see there economies and how they are having so much success. I feel like the economies of countries abroad especially Germany might actually be doing better than ours is. That is why the U.S. needs to find solutions fast before the issues get any worse.
